• What does the PTO do?

  • The PTO's mission is to support the school through fundraising efforts, volunteer coordination, and promoting a sense of community. We host community events like Fall Festival, Turkey Trot, and Coffee & Conversations. We also host teacher appreciation such as faculty luncheons, Thankful Thursdays, and teacher appreciation week. We coordinate many project-based volunteer opportunities throughout the year to support our faculty and students. We contribute financially to Founders Fund to aid in campus improvements and educational needs. We plan to grow as the school grows and want to be an integral part of the success of FCA Frisco! The PTO has no involvement in curriculum, school policy, staffing, or personnel disputes. See the parent/student handbook on how to best address these concerns with the school directly.

• How do I join PTO?

  • All parents and guardians of a current FCA-Frisco student is a member of PTO. No membership registration or dues required!

• How do I get involved?

  • The best way to get involved with FCA-Frisco and the PTO is to volunteer! Whether it's just one project, committee membership, or a leadership position, there is something for every talent, interest, and time commitment! Opportunities are listed on our website and monthly newsletter. The process for applying and appointing vacant board member positions is held each spring. You may also find additional, class-specific opportunities by speaking to your child's room parent.

• How can I financially support the PTO?

  • The best way to financially support the PTO is to purchase your school supplies and uniforms through FCA's designated vendors EPI (school supply kits) and Land's End (uniforms). A portion of the proceeds is gifted to the PTO. We do welcome donations! If you'd like to provide a donation to the PTO, you may contact Kamber Sonne. FCA-Frisco PTO is an incorporated, 501c3 organization so your contributions are tax-deductible.

• How do I become a corporate sponsor?
