Our Mission and Purpose

The Founders Classical Academy of Frisco Parent Teacher Organization (or PTO) will foster excellence in education and build community through volunteer and fundraising activities at Founders Classical Academy of Frisco. (FCA-Frisco PTO is an incorporated, 501c3 organization.)

Have You Completed The 2026-2027 Background Check?

A cleared volunteer background check is REQUIRED to volunteer for anything at the school.
Background checks need to be completed EVERY year.

Meet the Teacher is an opportunity:

To meet your child’s teacher(s)
- K-5 students will be sent a welcome letter from their assigned teacher a few days before the start of school.
- 6-12 students will receive their schedules at Meet the Teacher.
Drop off school supplies
- K-5 students: if you ordered an EPI supply pack, you will pick up the pack at Meet the Teacher. Otherwise, please plan to bring the supplies this day.
- Middle and High School students: you will be informed of the supplies needed on the first day of school.
Planners
- Students in grades 3-8 will be provided a school-issued planner at Meet the Teacher. This planner must be used.
- Students in grades 9-12 will not be provided a school-issued planner. More information will be provided on the first day of school.
Lockers
- Middle and High School students will be assigned lockers at Meet the Teacher. Students must bring a lock of their choosing. The school will not provide locks.
Car Tags
- If you do not pick up your car tag ahead of time, you will be able to pick up the car tag at Meet the Teacher. Please bring your identification.
Meet the Teacher is not mandatory; however it is highly recommended for FCA Frisco families to attend this event. This will be the ONLY day offered. If you cannot make this event, your child will receive the necessary information on their first day of school.

Birthday Grams (Kinder-5th grade only please)

Want a fun way to surprise your birthday child and support the PTO? Send a BIRTHDAY GRAM.
They will see their name on the birthday screen on the indoor TV monitors, receive a goodie bag and also provide a small treat for their whole classroom.
Forms must be filled out and $35 paid via Venmo or Zelle at least 1 week in advance. Have a summer birthday? Celebrate their ½ birthday with their friends at school.

Scooters Coffee

Founder’s Frisco needs volunteers throughout the year for various events…from testing dates, to supporting teachers during curriculum days and lunch time, to school dances, and so much more. Our teachers go above and beyond for our kids, and this is a way we can support our teachers and give our kids enriching experiences. The PTO has some amazing things planned for this year, and we need you to make these things possible. Even if you’re unable to commit to a specific event at this time, please consider filling out the background check and the PTO volunteer form above. There are NO exceptions, you must have a cleared volunteer background check to volunteer for anything at the school.

PTO Uniform Closet

Did you know that the PTO runs a Uniform Closet? The PTO Uniform Closet gladly accepts donations year round. There is a bin right inside the door of the lower school lobby labeled “Uniform Closet drop off.” and can be dropped off any time. Please be sure to clean the uniforms as well as inspect for tears, rips and stains as we can not accept these.

The PTO holds a Uniform Thrift Shop a few times per year where you can purchase our gently used donations at a bargain price. In addition, we are always open to assist throughout the school year with new transfers, emergencies, and any other circumstances of need. The Uniform Closet inventory is based upon usable/wearable uniform donations.
